Rowley Burial Grounds
It is believed that William & Elizabeth Boynton are buried in this cemetery located in Rowley, Massachusetts. They traveled with Ezekiel Rogers from England in 1638 and settled Rowley in 1639. During a visit to the area in Oct 2010, we searched for Williams & Elizabeths graves but were unsuccessful due to several markers being badly deteriorated and not readable. William, Elizabeth, and brother John are believed to be the first Boynton's to arrive North America.
